ENGLISH: As part of your application, you certify that all information and statements provided are true and accurate to the best of your knowledge. Any false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in rejection of your application or termination of employment at any time. You acknowledge that any false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in your application being rejected or your employment being terminated at any point during your employment with us. Furthermore, as a condition of employment with Supreme Agency, you agree not to work for the same client, either directly or through another agency, for one year after leaving or being terminated. If Supreme Agency stops working with the client, you also agree not to work with that client or through other agencies at that location for one year. If you break this agreement, you understand that it may cause harm to Supreme Agency. Should Supreme Agency need to take legal action, you agree to cover reasonable attorney’s fees and costs. By signing below, you accept these terms as part of your employment.
