East Windsor Warehouse

Location: East Windsor, NJ

Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team in East Windsor, NJ. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various warehouse operations, including loading and unloading containers, picking and packing orders, and managing inventory. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to operate forklifts safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Container Loading/Unloading:
    • Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to load and unload containers safely.
    • Ensure that goods are handled and stored properly to prevent damage.
    • Follow all safety protocols and guidelines when operating equipment and handling materials.
  2. Pick and Pack:
    • Retrieve items from storage areas according to order specifications.
    • Accurately pack orders for shipment, ensuring all items are securely packaged.
    • Label and prepare shipments for transportation while adhering to company standards.
  3. Inventory Management:
    • Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate records of stock levels.
    • Assist in the organization and arrangement of products in the warehouse.
    • Report discrepancies or issues with inventory to management promptly.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is a plus.
  • Certification in forklift operation is highly desirable.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to lift heavy items and stand for long periods.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Basic understanding of English is required for effective communication and comprehension of instructions.
